Touchstone Exploration (TSE:TXP) has released an update.
Touchstone Exploration Inc. has announced the exercise of stock options by a former employee, resulting in 35,000 new common shares expected to be admitted to trading on September 10, 2024. The company, which is engaged in petroleum and natural gas production in Trinidad and Tobago, will have an issued share capital of 236,460,661 common shares post-admission, with shares traded on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
