Touchstone Exploration Loses Key Shareholder Support

Touchstone Exploration (TSE:TXP) has released an update.

Touchstone Exploration Inc. has announced the loss of support from shareholder Mr. Andrew Byles, who has sold his remaining stakes in Trinity Exploration & Production Plc. This follows a series of share sales by Mr. Byles, culminating in his decision to sell 174,669 shares, leaving him with no shares tied to his previous Letter of Intent. Despite these sales, Touchstone still has irrevocable undertakings for approximately 38.9% of Trinity’s ordinary share capital.
