Touchstone Exploration (OTC) (TSE:TXP) has released an update.
Touchstone Exploration Inc. has announced an all-share acquisition of Trinity Exploration and Production Plc, consolidating their positions as a significant operator in Trinidad’s oil exploration and production sector. The deal values Trinity at approximately $30.1 million, offering Trinity shareholders a substantial premium over the recent share price. Post-acquisition, Touchstone shareholders will own around 80% of the company, with Trinity shareholders holding the remaining 20%, which promises enhanced scale and growth opportunities for the combined entity.
