Touch Ventures Ltd. (AU:TVL) has released an update.
Touch Ventures Ltd., an ASX-listed investment holding company, reported a slight decrease in Net Tangible Asset (NTA) from A$110.6m to A$110.3m, with per share value dipping from $0.157 to $0.155 in March 2024. The company’s cash position remains strong, representing roughly 52% of the net asset value, despite potential negative impacts from a capital raising event by one of its holdings, Sendle. Touch Ventures is currently reviewing the extent of the impact and will update the market upon completion of the review.
