Touch Ventures Limited has announced the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), as well as the retirement of Non-Executive Director Associate Professor John McBain AO, who has decided not to stand for re-election. Professor McBain, a valuable member of the board since June 2018 and a part of the Audit and Risk Committee since September 2021, will be stepping down effective from the conclusion of the AGM. The company expressed gratitude for Professor McBain’s contributions during his tenure.
