Toubani Resources Limited’s director, Scott Perry, has increased his holding in the company by acquiring 588,235 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares for a total consideration of $100,000. This transaction, which took place on October 9, 2024, was part of a placement approved by shareholders on October 3, 2024. Following this change, Perry now holds 3,871,569 shares, in addition to 650,000 options.
