TotalEnergies has unveiled the new Pangea 4 supercomputer, a powerful tool designed to bolster the company’s energy transition efforts. Pangea 4 is a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient hybrid machine that performs twice as fast as its predecessor while consuming significantly less electricity. It will be used for a variety of applications including wind farm design, carbon capture storage simulations, and methane emissions reduction calculations.
