TotalEnergies SE (FR:TTE) has released an update.
TotalEnergies SE has announced the sale of its interests in several gas fields located west of Shetland, including infrastructure and exploration licenses, to The Prax Group. The divested assets, which currently produce approximately 7,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day, primarily gas, are part of the company’s strategy to streamline its portfolio by shedding mature, non-core assets. TotalEnergies will maintain its presence in the UK, focusing on its upstream portfolio in the North Sea and expanding its Integrated Power and Renewables portfolio.
