TotalEnergies has divested its 50% stake in Total PARCO Pakistan Limited to Gunvor Group, aligning with its strategy to focus on key markets with potential for growth and transition. The deal, which is pending regulatory approval, will allow the continued use of the ‘Total Parco’ and ‘Total’ brands in Pakistan’s retail and lubricants sectors for five years. This move is part of TotalEnergies’ broader mission to provide sustainable and affordable energy worldwide.
