Jennifer Paquette, a director at Tortoise Pipeline & Energy Fund, Inc., has decided not to seek reelection at the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting, with no disputes influencing her decision. Meanwhile, the Board has appointed Matthew Sallee as the new CEO to take over from Courtney Gengler on June 7, 2024. Sallee, with a history at the company since 2005, will continue his role as Managing Director while stepping into the CEO position.
