The latest update is out from Tortoise Energy Infrastructure Corp (TYG).
Jennifer Paquette, a director at Tortoise Energy Infrastructure Corporation, has decided not to seek reelection at the upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders, with no disagreements influencing her choice. Concurrently, the Board has announced Matthew Sallee as the new CEO, replacing Courtney Gengler who’s leaving to explore new opportunities. Sallee, with a tenure at Tortoise Capital Advisors since 2005 and President of the Company since 2015, will also maintain his role as President.
