Torque Metals Limited has announced a change in the holdings of Director Cristian Moreno, who recently acquired 25,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.15 per share through an on-market purchase. Following this transaction, Moreno’s direct holdings remain at 122,093 ordinary shares, with no disposals reported, while the Americas Family Trust, in which he is a potential beneficiary, now holds 441,667 ordinary shares and 5 million Class A Performance Rights.
