Torq Resources Inc. has secured an interim loan of USD$1.81 million from Gold Fields to support its Santa Cecilia copper-gold project in Chile. This financial boost will facilitate exploration and development activities while Torq and Gold Fields negotiate a definitive agreement for a joint venture, allowing Gold Fields to earn a significant stake in the project.
