Torq Resources Inc., a Vancouver-based copper and gold exploration company, has announced an extension of its financing offering period until August 25, 2024, with the condition of no material changes occurring. The extension, approved by the TSX Venture Exchange, is contingent on the company securing additional investor subscription agreements.
