Toronto Dominion Bank (TSE:TD) has released an update.
Toronto-Dominion Bank has announced the issuance of EUR 250 million in Floating Rate Series CBL70 Tranche 3 Covered Bonds, with a maturity date of October 19, 2026. These bonds will be integrated with the previously issued tranches under the bank’s CAD $80 billion Global Legislative Covered Bond Programme. Full details and final terms of the bond offering, which targets professional investors, are now available for review on the National Storage Mechanism website and through the Financial Conduct Authority.
