Torm (TRMD) has released an update.
TORM PLC reports that OCM Njord Holdings S.à r.l., managed by Oaktree Capital, has sold 6,896,552 shares, reducing its stake to 46.68%. The company, a leading carrier of refined oil products with a fleet of around 90 tankers, emphasizes safety and customer service and is publicly traded on Nasdaq in Copenhagen and New York.
