TOP Ships Inc., an international shipping company specializing in eco-friendly tanker vessels, has announced the transition of its stock listing from the Nasdaq to the NYSE American, effective April 24, 2024. The company’s CEO, Evangelos Pistiolis, expressed optimism that this move to the NYSE American, where many prestigious companies are listed, will create long-term shareholder value. Trading of TOP Ships’ common shares will continue without interruption during the transfer, requiring no action from investors.
