Top Shelf International Holdings Ltd has finalized the paperwork for a $5.0 million sale and leaseback deal for its Eden Lassie agave farm, which will net the company funds for working capital and debt reduction while retaining control of its agave production and distillery operations. The 10-year agreement with an option for an additional 5 years includes a repurchase option for Top Shelf and is pending shareholder approval, with a meeting anticipated in September 2024.
