Top Shelf International Holdings Ltd. has announced a significant increase in Director Stephen Grove’s indirect shareholdings, following his acquisition of 19,376,000 additional shares valued at $0.10 each in a non-renounceable entitlement offer. Post-transaction, Grove’s total held shares rise to 48,440,003. No shares were disposed of in the process.
