Top Shelf International Holdings Ltd. has appointed the accomplished Chartered Accountant John Selak as a Non-Executive Director, effective from June 1, 2024. Selak brings over four decades of experience in financial services and will chair the Audit and Risk Committee to enhance the company’s finance function and balance sheet structure. The company’s chairman, Julian Davidson, expressed confidence that Selak’s extensive background will strengthen the firm’s governance and commercial capabilities.
