The products, issued by CGMHI and Morgan Stanley Finance LLC, offer fixed income with a low-risk profile and a 5-year term, reflecting the company’s strategic financial maneuvers in the market. These transactions, while significant, do not require shareholder approval under Hong Kong’s listing rules.
