Tongdao Liepin Group (HK:6100) has released an update.
Chairman Dai Kebin of Tongdao Liepin Group has increased his shareholding in the company by purchasing an additional 3.44% of total issued shares for HK$42.6 million, raising his stake to approximately 26.19%. The Board agrees with Mr. Dai’s confidence in the company’s undervalued shares and future prospects. This acquisition maintains the company’s public float and does not necessitate a mandatory general offer.
