Tongda Group Holdings has announced a supplemental update to its 2023 Annual Report, indicating the return of 1,000,000 awarded shares due to an employee’s departure and detailing the vesting of 16,350,000 awarded shares at an average closing price of HK$0.125. This adjustment to the Share Award Scheme does not alter any other part of the original annual report, leaving the remaining content unchanged.
