Tongcheng Travel Holdings Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) set to take place on September 30, 2024, to discuss and potentially approve a strategic cooperation and marketing promotion agreement with Tencent for the year 2024. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies to vote on their behalf and must lodge their completed proxy forms in advance to participate. The meeting will also involve a poll vote as per the rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
