Tongcheng Travel Holdings Limited has announced the issuance of 48,527,438 new shares to fulfill awards under its 2022 Restricted Share Unit Plan, aiming to reward and retain talent. This issuance represents about 2.13% of the current shares and will not require shareholder approval. The shares, once vested, will be on par with existing shares, entitling holders to future dividends and distributions.
