TOMRA Systems ASA announces the retirement of Dr. Volker Rehrmann, EVP and Head of TOMRA Recycling, effective 31 May 2025. Dr. Rehrmann has been instrumental in pioneering optical systems for waste sorting since joining TOMRA in 2004. Katrin Fricke will succeed him, bringing extensive experience from her previous role as Managing Director at Katek. Her leadership is expected to drive TOMRA’s vision of leading the resource revolution, continuing the company’s growth and innovation in recycling technology.
