Tombola Gold Ltd, amidst its financial restructuring, has reported no mining or exploration activities in its latest quarterly report for the period ending June 30, 2024. The company, under the control of Receivers and Managers, is focused on maintaining its tenements and mining leases while working towards the effectuation of a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) with Goodsail Holdings Pty Ltd. Tombola Gold’s financial statement also indicated no related party payments during this quarter.
