Through the closing of this private placement, TomaGold issued a total of 21.4 million common shares, raising gross proceeds of $497,000, which will be allocated towards general working capital, corporate expenses, and project expenditures in the Chibougamau and SOQUEM properties. The completion of the private placement is pending final approval from the TSXV Venture Exchange.
