TOKYU REIT, Inc. has completed the sale of the CONZE Ebisu property in Tokyo for ¥6,530 million, a transaction that is expected to generate a ¥1,854 million gain for the fiscal period ending January 2025. The sale is part of the company’s efforts to improve its portfolio quality and manage investments according to market trends and the potential for portfolio cash flow growth. Proceeds from the sale are being considered for debt repayment, investment unit buy-back, or reinvestment in alternative properties.
