Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings has announced a projected interim dividend of 12 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, with the year-end dividend yet to be decided. The resolution was passed by the Board of Directors, with the final decision on the interim dividend to be confirmed in a meeting scheduled for October 2024. The company’s previous fiscal year ended with an annual total dividend of 28 yen per share.
