Todd River Resources Ltd. has reported a change in the substantial holding of Trinex Minerals Limited, with a decrease in voting power from 16.04% to 13.66% due to a dilution event following a share issue. The change took effect on March 11, 2024, and despite Trinex’s technical ‘relevant interest’ in certain shares under escrow deeds, they do not have the right to control the voting rights attached to these shares.
