TODA CORPORATION has announced the recent acquisition of its own shares, purchasing 934,600 shares in July 2024 for a total of 989,475,900 yen. This buyback is part of a larger plan approved on May 15, 2024, allowing for the acquisition of up to 7 million shares, of which 2,371,300 shares have already been acquired. The share buyback program is set to continue through the end of December 2024, as the company executes market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
