Tocvan Ventures Corp. has secured a $1.5 million investment through a private placement from an institutional investor, with a concurrent private offering aiming for an additional $750,000, totaling a potential $2.25 million in funding. The raised capital is earmarked for advancing the Pilar and Picacho projects in Sonora, Mexico, including payment for expansion and expedited permitting and drilling for resource development. The first tranche of the institutional offering is expected to close by April 22, 2024, potentially bolstering the company’s work on its flagship Pilar Gold Silver property.
