TMT Investments (GB:TMT) has released an update.
In a recent update, TMT Investments PLC disclosed that their Executive Director, Alexander Selegenev, has engaged in trading company shares, resulting in a slight adjustment to his holdings. Selegenev sold 7,547 shares at an average price of $3.38 each and subsequently bought 7,504 shares for his personal ISA account at an average of $3.39 per share. Post-transaction, Selegenev and his wife’s combined shareholding stands at about 0.42% of TMT’s issued share capital.
