TKO Group Holdings Grapples with Antitrust Class-Action Lawsuits

TKO Group Holdings (TKO) has shared an update.

TKO Operating Company, LLC, part of TKO Group Holdings, Inc., and its affiliates, including Endeavor Group Holdings, face multiple consolidated class-action lawsuits from former UFC athletes alleging Sherman Act violations. Efforts to settle for $335 million were denied preliminary approval by the court, with no reasoning provided yet. A status conference and potential new trial dates are set, while TKO considers options, including an appeal and separate settlement discussions for the individual cases.
