Titomic Limited, a leader in cold spray additive manufacturing, has successfully secured AUD 4.5 million in a share placement to existing sophisticated and professional investors. The capital raised will be directed towards expanding manufacturing capabilities and supporting working capital to fulfill recently acquired customer orders. The newly issued shares will begin trading in early May following their issuance at a discounted price.
