Titan Medical Inc. has modified the terms of its merger agreement with Conavi Medical Inc., altering deadlines for various conditions including the completion date, now set for September 30, 2024. They also seek to postpone their Annual General Meeting in alignment with the new timeline as they work towards securing shareholder approval for the transaction. The changes will provide both companies additional time to satisfy merger prerequisites and streamline their shareholder meetings.
