Tisdale Clean Energy Corp has successfully completed a private placement, raising $424,100 by issuing over 5.6 million units at $0.075 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant. The additional funds will be directed towards the company’s general working capital. The offering also involved compensation to brokerage firms that facilitated the introduction of subscribers.
