Shishir Poddar, Executive Chairman & Managing Director of Tirupati Graphite Plc, has received 2,727,273 new ordinary shares at £0.11 each on May 13, 2024, as part of his remuneration, increasing his stake in the company to 3%. This transaction occurred on the London Stock Exchange. Tirupati Graphite, a specialist in graphite production for green applications, continues to expand with projects in Madagascar and Mozambique focused on sustainable graphite mining.
