Canadian holding company Tiny Ltd. has successfully acquired MediaNet Solutions, an Arizona-based provider of educational software for special education management. MediaNet is known for its flagship product, e-IEP PRO, and boasts a strong customer retention rate, serving roughly 580 districts in Arizona. This acquisition, conducted through Tiny’s subsidiary Tiny Capital (US) Ltd., is part of Tiny’s strategy to invest in and maintain majority stakes in long-term business ventures.
