TinOne Resources Inc. is set to undergo a share consolidation on March 11, 2024, which will see its issued and outstanding common shares reduced from over 86 million to approximately 8.67 million. The consolidation will not change the company’s name or stock symbol, and adjustments will be made for holders of convertible securities.
