TinOne Resources Inc. has successfully completed its final round of private placement financing, securing $750,000 by issuing 750 convertible debt units. These units include 10% unsecured convertible debentures and share purchase warrants, with the funds earmarked for exploration drilling, working capital, and general corporate endeavors. The financing arrangement allows for both interest payment in cash or shares and conversion of the debentures into common shares before the maturity date.
