Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp. announced successful approval of all proposed resolutions at its Annual General Meeting on June 7, 2024, including the adoption of audited accounts, director elections, and the authorization of final and special dividends. Shareholders unanimously approved the payment of both the final and special dividends, with over 99% of votes cast in favor of most resolutions.
