Times Universal Group Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Wong Chi Kong as the company secretary and the authorized representative. He will be succeeded by Mr. Lam Yiu Cho, an experienced professional with over 20 years in the accounting and corporate finance industry, effective from 15 June 2024. The company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Wong for his contributions and welcomed Mr. Lam to his new role.
