Till Capital Ltd. (TSE:TIL) has released an update.
Till Capital Corp. has announced a delay in filing its 2023 annual financial statements and related documents, initially due on April 30, 2024, with an expected completion by May 15, 2024. The holdup is due to the time-intensive audit of its former subsidiary Omega Insurance Holdings Inc. following its sale and transition to IFRS 17 standards. As a result, the British Columbia Securities Commission has issued a management cease trade order, limiting trading by the company’s executives until filings are completed.
