Tier One Silver Inc. has announced a private placement to raise C$1 million, offering over 7 million units at C$0.14 each, which includes shares and full purchase warrants. The proceeds will contribute to the company’s general working capital, with an anticipated closing date of April 30, 2024. The offering includes an accelerated expiry clause for the warrants if the share price exceeds C$0.375 for ten consecutive trading days.
