Tianjin Tianbao Energy Co., Ltd. has announced its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2024, scheduled for July 29th, where shareholders will vote on the election and remuneration of Mr. WU Guoqi as a non-executive director. Shareholders are advised to register their share transfers by July 23rd if they wish to vote, and may appoint proxies if unable to attend in person. The meeting is expected to be brief, and attendees must cover their own travel costs.
