Tian Tu Capital Co., Ltd. has announced plans to finalize an H share incentive scheme and will hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to propose relevant resolutions. Shareholders must register their share transfers by June 25, 2024, to vote at the EGM, with a book closure period set from June 26 to June 28, 2024.
