TI Fluid Systems Advances Share Buy-back

TI Fluid Systems plc (GB:TIFS) has released an update.

TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the purchase of 100,000 of its own ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 165.25 GBp, with the intention of canceling them, as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme initiated in October 2023. Following the transaction, the company will have 497,904,654 shares in issue, which represents the total voting rights. Since the start of the Buy-back Programme, TI Fluid Systems has acquired 22,364,487 shares at an average price of 139.96 GBp.
