Thunderbird Resources (AU:THB) has released an update.

At the recent general meeting of Thunderbird Resources Limited, all resolutions presented were successfully passed by poll votes. The outcomes included approvals for the issuance of placement shares, service provider shares, underwriter options, lead manager options, a new plan, and potential termination benefits under the plan. Shareholders showed strong support for each resolution with an overwhelming majority of votes cast in favor.
